My hand: ♠ T 5 ♥ Q J 7 4 3 ♦ 6 5 ♣ A Q T 7
East opens 1 no trump in 3rd seat. I bid 2 hearts. Partner bids 2 no trump which I assume has to be asking for my minor. I oblige and bid 3 clubs which is passed out. West leads the 4 of clubs.

I have 4 clubs for sure and will have to work for more tricks. I have a heart loser, a diamond loser, and 2 spade losers for sure. I might have a second diamond loser depending on the location of the high cards.
East did open a strong no trump, so he has 15-17 of the 23 points their team has. As such, everything is probably offside. As long as I keep trump control though I shouldn't lose anything extra and just go down 1. I'm thinking my best bet is to just finesse diamonds as soon as possible. West does have 6-8 points. They could be diamonds!
I win the opening lead in hand. 4-3-8-A. I shift to a diamond. 6-3-? The K is right if West has the A, the J is right if he has the Q. With only 6-8 points he has to be more likely to have the Q than the A so I insert the J. 6-3-J-A.
East cashes spades. A-T-3-2. K-5-9-6. Q-Q of clubs-J-8.
I draw trump. 7-5-K-6. 9-4 of spades-T-2 of clubs.
I finesse diamonds. 5-4-T-2. The Q drops on the 3rd round so I lose just a heart. Making 3.

On the replay they aren't playing Capelletti and therefore 1NT gets passed out. Declarer cashes his 8 top tricks and goes home. Making up one.
