West opens 1 club. Partner passes. East bids 1 heart. My hand isn't very good, and I don't particularly want partner to lead a diamond (we're probably much better off having me lead them) so I don't see a reason to bid. West bids 1NT, East bids 3NT, and that's where they end up.
Partner leads the 3 of spades.

I expect partner has around 6 points, and he has exactly 4 spades. West shouldn't have 4 hearts with his 1NT bid so partner has at least 3 hearts too. I suspect unless partner has the A of diamonds and I lead through West that they're in a good way. But let's see what shakes out in spades first? 3-2-J-Q. Declarer shifts to hearts. 7-8-J-2. And now clubs. Do I need to hop here? Or do I need to preserve my entry? I feel like with only two clubs my entry doesn't get to be preserved. So I hop. 8-A-7-3. Now to pound through diamonds... Q-A-4-3. Back to hearts. 9-T-Q-5. Cash a heart. A-6-4 of clubs-4. Partner should have the high heart now. Back to clubs. 5-2-K-9. Another club. 6-Q-J-5 of spades. Partner cashes the K of hearts and throws me in with a diamond. I am forced to give declarer his 9 of diamonds to go with his high clubs and diamonds. Making 3.

All 8 of the tables played 3NT. 2 went down 1, 2 went up 1, 1 went up 2, and 3 just made. So we get 8 MPs.
